Coming Soon: Upgrade to Auth0 for Authentication

We're excited to announce that we are upgrading our authentication system to Auth0, a leading platform for secure, frictionless login experiences. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best and most secure service possible.

Migration Schedule and Expected Downtime

The migration is scheduled for January 17th. There will be a brief downtime of approximately two hours during which login functionalities will be temporarily unavailable. Your scheduled jobs will continue to run during this upgrade.

Post-Migration Steps and Changes for All Users

After migration to Auth0, all users will need to:

  • Verify account
    Users will receive an email to verify their account.

  • Reset password
    The first time logging in after migration, users will need to reset their password.
    To reset your password:

    • Select Forgot password on the log in page.
    • Enter your email address to receive a password reset email.
    • Follow the email instructions to reset your password.
  • Log in using email address
    Users will log in using their email address instead of username.
