We are pleased to announce the ability to unmerge records using the Records API, improved search and filter performance, and support for multiple phone and email types in the B2C Customers data product.

Unmerge Records Using the Tamr RealTime Records API

The Tamr RealTime Records API now supports unmerging previously merged records. See the Records Changelog for more information on the new unmerge operation.

Search and Filter Performance Improvement

We've improved the filtering and search experience for golden record and source record tables.

You can now configure multiple filters and apply them at the same time, instead of having each filter applied as you enter it.

In the Search bar, simply enter a search term and select the check mark (or press enter). This applies the search and closes the Search bar.

Multiple Email and Phone Number Support in B2C Customers

In case you missed it, you can now configure multiple phone and email types in the B2C data product. You can also track customer consent for SMS, voice, and email communications.
