What's New: Record Clustering Improvements

We are pleased to announce record clustering improvements based on customer feedback in B2B Customers, B2C Customers, and Contacts data products.

In all of these data products, we have improved the accuracy and consistency of our clustering models. We’ve made targeted improvements to address both over-matching and under-matching, ensuring more precise clustering of records.

Additionally, in the B2C Customers data product we’ve specifically focused on improving how records are distinguished within households. We refined our models to better differentiate between individuals with similar names or shared addresses while maintaining accurate linkages where appropriate.
