Product Update December 16, 2024

We are pleased to announce a number of improvements for data products built with the new configuration experience and for the Tamr Cloud APIs, as well as other enhancements and fixes.

B2B Customer Data Product Improvements

This data product now supports multiple address groups. See What's New: Multiple Address Support in B2B Customers for full details. You can view all addresses for the golden record in 360 page:

Additionally, we recently improved the precision on company name similarity when classifying matches based on company name (MATCH_NAME_ADDRESS, MATCH_NAME_COUNTRY, MATCH_NAME_CITY). Because match results based on MATCH_NAME_ADDRESS are used in clustering, please note that this change may impact a small number of Tamr IDs.

Record Consolidation Rules for Address Groups

When creating record consolidation rules for address groups, you can now apply constraint and exclusion conditions, in addition to dataset prioritization. Address groups are available in the B2B Customers, B2C Customers, and Healthcare Providers data products.

Healthcare Provider Data Product Improvements

We improved the categorization of matches from the National Plan & Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) enrichment service, to categorize matches based on provider name and full address (MATCH_NAME_STREET_ADDRESS) as priority 1 matches. See Healthcare Providers Data Product for more information about how NPPES matches are prioritized.

Additionally, the Provider 360 page now includes information for up to 15 provider licenses:

Tamr RealTime API Supports Relationships

A new Relationships endpoint is available in the Tamr RealTime APIs, enabling you to manage relationships between records and to get details for configured relationship types. For example, depending on your data you may create relationships between members of the same household, or between company subsidiaries and headquarters.

See Relationships for more information.
