Product Update November 12, 2025

We are pleased to announce an improved experience for data product viewers and to share the upcoming release of automated householding for B2C customers.

Improved Viewer Experience

We made it easier for data product viewers to navigate to 360 pages.

On the Configurations > Data Product page, users now see only the data products they are allowed to access. When a viewer selects a data product from this page, the Browse page opens, allowing them to find and open the data product’s 360 pages.

Note for legacy data products: When legacy data product viewers select a data product from the Configurations > Data Product page, a view-only version of the data product opens in Configurations > Data Product.

See User Roles and Permissions for more information.

Coming Soon: Automated Householding for B2C Customers

For B2C Customers data products, Tamr will soon automatically identify household linkage between customers residing at the same address - enabling use cases such as household-level marketing, coordinated communications, and more accurate analytics and reporting.

Tamr will discover household relationships and assign persistent Household IDs to all B2C records across all your disparate source systems.

Householding Requirements

Household relationships will be created between B2C Customer records in the System of Record (SOR). In order to enable and use householding, a SOR must be created for your B2C Customers data product. See Configuring a Data Product for Tamr RealTime for more information on creating the SOR.

Viewing Households

Household results will be included on B2C Customers 360 pages. In the example below, the 360 page shows that Jennifer Jones shares a household with Jack Brown and Elizabeth Jones.

You’ll be able to select the Household ID link on the individual customer’s 360 page to open a new Household 360 page. This page will provide a complete view of household members, shared attributes such as address or phone number, and household history.

Adjusting Household Relationships

Household relationships will display on B2C Customers 360 pages and new Household 360 pages.

You will be able to adjust household membership using the Tamr Cloud API Relationship endpoint.

Bug Fixes and Other Improvements

  • B2C Customers 360 pages now highlight the customer’s date of birth and age.
  • General usability and performance improvements.
