Migration to Auth0 Complete
The upgrade of our authentication system to Auth0 is complete. Auth0 is a leading platform for secure, frictionless login experiences. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best and most secure service possible. As a reminder, all users will need to:
- Verify their account
Users will receive an email with verification instructions. - Reset their password
Users will need to reset their password the first time they log in after verifying their account. Select Forgot password on the log in page. - Log in using their email address
Users now log in using their email address instead of username.
The migration to Auth0 will enable us to offer these features in the future:
- Enhanced Security: Auth0 offers robust multi-factor authentication (MFA) options, increasing the security of your account.
- Single Sign-On (SSO): You will soon be able to use SSO, streamlining your login process across various platforms.
