We are pleased to announce recent improvements to connections, sources, and data products, as well several fixes.
Connections and Sources Improvements
We recently released these improvements for Connections and Sources:
- You can now configure webhook connections from the Connections page for use with the Tamr RealTime event-driven notification system.
- We now support source files in Avro, NDJSON, and Parquet formats, in addition to existing CSV and Delta Lake support.
- You can now preview and edit sources from the Sources page.
Data Product Improvements
We recently released these improvements for data products:
- In the B2C Customers data product, you can now choose whether to use transliterated values for first, middle, family, and full name values when clustering records.
- In the B2B Customers data product, we now return Dun & Bradstreet enrichment data from the Company Financials L1 Data Block if you are entitled for this enrichment.
- In all data products, Address Line 2 values are now replaced with values from the
enriched_address.<address_type>.sub_premise
provided by the Address Standardization, Validation, and Geocodingdata quality service if either:- The source value is empty
- The source value does not include information indicating it is an apartment, building, department, floor, PO BOX, room suite, or unit.
- To provide better insight into clustering results, source record values on the Manage Cluster Details page are now the cleaned and enhanced values used for clustering and golden records, instead of the original values. This update is available for all data products.
Note that these changes are not available in legacy data products.
Bug Fixes and Other Improvements
- Resolved an issue in which cleaned values were not included in source record columns in the Manage Cluster details page.
- Resolved an issue in which users could not change the sort order in expanded Insight tables.
- General performance, styling, and usability improvements.
