Product Update November 22, 2022

We are pleased to announce multiple address support in the B2B Customers data product, multiple address support on 360 pages, record consolidation configuration improvements, and other updates and fixes.

These improvements are available for data products built with the new configuration experience.

Multiple Address Support in B2C Customers Data Product

You can now configure multiple address types in the B2C Customers data product. In the Configure Data Product page, address attributes are now organized into different groups, representing different types of addresses associated with your customers.

The data product schema includes Primary address attributes by default. You can choose to include attributes for additional addresses, including: office, corporate, previous, mailing, shipping, registered, billing, and other addresses.

The address type is included in the attribute names in golden records - both in the UI and in published data.

Multiple Address in 360 Pages for Healthcare Providers and B2C Customers

The 360 pages for the Healthcare Providers and B2C Customers data products now allow you to view all addresses available in the golden record. From the map section on the page, you can navigate between the different addresses.

Record Consolidation Configuration Improvements

We have made several improvements to configuring record consolidation rules for your data product.

Drag and Drop Rules

You can now use drag and drop to reorder record consolidation rules.

Easily Filter out Null Values

It's now easier to ensure that your golden record logic does not select null values for attributes. When you add a constraint to a record consolidation rule, you see a message warning that the attribute may include null or empty values. The message includes an option to automatically add an exclusion rule to exclude null values.
