B2C Customer Households

For B2C Customers data products, Tamr can now automatically identify household linkage between customers residing at the same address - enabling use cases such as household-level marketing, coordinated communications, and more accurate analytics and reporting.

Tamr discovers household relationships and assigns persistent Household IDs to all B2C records across your disparate source systems.

Household results are included on B2C Customers 360 pages and on new Household 360 pages.

In the example below, the B2C Customers 360 page shows that Jennifer Jones shares a household with Jack Brown and Elizabeth Jones.

The Household 360 page provides a complete view of household members, shared attributes such as address or phone number, and household history.

Improved Search on the Browse Page

For data products with a System of Record, you can now search by either fuzzy match or exact match on the Browse > Data Product page.
