Fetch an individual source record of a table by its source system name and source record id.

Returns one source record. Omitting sourceSystemName does not search across systems; it returns only the record with no source system name.

Query Params

Qualifies source_record_id: the source system the record came from. Omit for records written without one — ("systemA", "rec1") and (unset, "rec1") are distinct source records.
