Each user is assigned a tenant role: admin, editor, viewer, or no role.

This role determine the Tamr Cloud functionality that a user can access by default as well as their inherited roles in projects.

In summary:

Tenant admins have full access to all tenant resources and settings (including all legacy data products).
Tenant editors can view, add, and update most project resources on the tenant, including sources and data products.
Tenant viewers can view the 360 pages for all data products on the tenant. They can access these pages from the Browse menu option or by selecting the data product on the Configurations > Data Products page.
Users without a tenant role cannot view any resources unless they are assigned a role at the project or data product level.

Note for legacy data products: Only tenant admins have access to legacy data products by default. In order to provide access to other users, regardless of tenant role, you must share the data product with that user granting viewer permissions or above. See Legacy Data Product Permissions.
