Your permissions in a specific legacy data product depend on both your tenant level role and on the data product permissions assigned to you for that data product.

Legacy data product permission levels include admin, editor, curator, publisher, and viewer. At a high level, these provide the following permissions in a data product:

Admin: Full access to the data product, including the ability to share data product with other users and delete the data product.
Editor: Configuration, curation, publishing, and view access to the data product.
Curator: Curation, publishing, and view access to the data product.
Publisher: Publishing, and view access to the data product.
Viewer: View-only access to all data products.

Tenant-level admins have full access to all data products. The user who creates a data product is automatically assigned admin permissions for that data product.

All other users can access only the data products that are shared with them, and their permissions depend on the permission level assigned to them when the data product is shared.
