Managing and Viewing Scheduled Jobs

On the Admin Center > Schedules page, you can review and modify scheduled jobs, as well as access event history for each scheduled job for the past 30 days.

From the Actions menu, you can:

  • Run a scheduled job on demand. This does not change the active/paused status of a scheduled job or change the time of the next event.
  • Pause an active scheduled job. This job will not run at the scheduled time until you reset the state to active.
  • Start a paused scheduled job.
  • View Scheduled Event details, including metrics and event history for the last 30 days.
  • Edit an existing schedule. You can edit the name, description, and schedule frequency for a job. You cannot change the project, job type, or associated resource (data product, source, and so on).
  • Delete a scheduled job

Viewing Event Details for Scheduled Jobs

Select View Scheduled Event to open the details page for a specific scheduled job.

In addition to details including current status, created data, and last updated date, this page also provides the following metrics.

Total eventsThe number of times this scheduled job has run in the last 30 days
Acceptance rateThe number of times this scheduled job was submitted successfully in the last 30 days.
Average job durationThe average runtime of the job in the last 30 days

The Browse Schedule Events section includes all events for this scheduled job in the past 30 days, including:

  • Event date and time
  • Whether the scheduled job was submitted successfully (event status of Accepted)
  • Job metadata including:
    • Job ID
    • Type of job and related source, data product, workflow, or publish destination ID
    • Job duration
    • Job status
