About Workflows for RealTime Data Products

You can run several different workflows on RealTime data products to update your System of Record with the latest data, schema, enrichment, and consolidation rules.

Tamr suggests the most relevant workflow depending on the data product configuration status. You can select View All Workflows to access the full list.

Workflows include:

OnboardingIngests a source, maps its schema, and builds golden records for the first time.

Creates a golden record for each new source record. This workflow does not perform record matching.
When creating a new data product or adding an entire new data source.
EnrichmentEnriches your source records and golden records with data from your selected external enrichment providers.After running the Onboard Records workflow to enrich your source records and golden records.

When you want to update your records with the latest enrichment data.
ResolveProcesses the latest new and changed data from connected sources and re-matches those changed records. Records that did not change are left as they are.

If you have configured data standards and/or enrichment, applies the data standards and enriches new and changed source records.
After adding or updating data in an existing source to keep your clusters and golden records up to date with the latest changes.
ReconsolidateRe-applies your consolidation rules to rebuild golden records from data already in Tamr.

Does not bring in new source data, re-match, or re-cluster.

After editing record consolidation rules to update values in your golden records.

After making schema changes that you want to be applied to all golden records.

After adding or changing reference data standards to apply the standards to all source records and update golden records with values from standardized sources.

After running the Enrich Records workflow to apply any consolidation rules that prioritize enrichment sources for attribute values.
ReviewIterates through all existing golden records to identify possible duplicate records. .

High confidence matches are merged automatically, while medium confidence matches are routed to the Suggested Duplicates queue for curators to review.

This workflow requires additional setup by Tamr before it can be run. Contact Tamr Support ([email protected]) if you are interesting in using this workflow.
After running the Onboard Records, Resolve, or Enrich Records workflow to automatically merge high confidence matches and identify possible duplicate golden records.
