Limited Release

RealTime data products are in limited release. Some functionality is still in development and is subject to change. If you are interested in using these data products, contact Tamr Support ([email protected]).

You can run several different workflows on RealTime data products to update your System of Record with the latest data, schema, and consolidation rules.

WorkflowDescriptionWhen to Run
Onboard RecordsPopulates a new data product with initial source records and onboards new data sources to existing data products.

Creates a golden record for each new source record. This workflow does not perform record matching.
When creating a new data product or adding an entire new data source.
Resolve Source Changes with the System of RecordProcesses delta changes between your latest source data and the records currently in your System of Record. After adding or updating source data to keep your clusters and golden records up to date with the latest changes.
Reconsolidate RecordsRe-evaluates all source records currently linked to a golden record and applies your record consolidation logic to determine the surviving values for every attribute in a golden record. After editing record consolidation rules to update values in your golden records.

After making schema changes that you want to be applied to all golden records.

After adding or changing reference data standards to apply the standards to all source records and update golden records with values from standardized sources.
ReviewIterates through all existing golden records to identify possible duplicate records. High confidence matches are merged automatically, while medium confidence matches are routed to the Suggested Duplicates queue for curators to review.

This workflow requires additional setup by Tamr before it can be run. Contact Tamr Support ([email protected]) if you are interesting in using this workflow.
