For each record cluster, Tamr automatically calculates an overall uniformity score, indicating how similar clustered source records are to the golden record that is produced for that cluster. Cluster uniformity is available as a golden record attribute.

This score is calculated by averaging the attribute uniformity scores for a subset of attributes defined for each data product, excluding null values. Uniformity scores range from 0 to 1, with 1 meaning that the values for all attributes in the calculation are the same.

In data product configuration, you can also enable uniformity score calculations for specific attributes. The attribute uniformity score indicates how similar the values for a specific attribute are within the source record cluster. See the Data Product Guides for more information on configuring attribute uniformity scores.
